Evan Mastin, our visiting undergrad from Baylor, recently presented his summer research at the conclusion of the NSF REU program! He has been working in the Aldrich group on optimizing mutant calmodulin expression and labeling and accurately quantifying the amount of protein labeled. A job well done, Evan!

Evan, a NSF REU student from Baylor University, will be working with Stephanie and our collaborators on expression of CN-labeled calmodulin. David, a Welch Summer Scholar, will be working with Chris on separation of SPANs. We’re looking forward to working with you both!
